Resident Social Membership is a non-recallable, non-equity, mandatory membership for any property owner in the community. Membership privileges include:
full access to the Clubhouse, Sports Club, pool, tennis, dining, and the
Lake Park with docks, kayaks, canoes, hammock and picnic table. In addition Resident Social Members receive 6 rounds of golf per year at the Member golf guest rate. Special social events and activities are included. Members enjoy guest privileges. Families include spouse and children living at home that are in the military or attending college up to age 25.

Monthly Dues – $ 125
